We are seeking someone to become the club EDI Champion to help shape the cluture of the club. Their role would be to help us to create an accepting, inclusive and educated culture, both on and off the field.

This would require attending some committee meetings, representing the club at the quarterly Dorset EDI Champions meetings and help creating an inclusive and welcoming club culture.
